Our "Fish & Quiz Night" in March was so popular that we are planning another one for the autumn!
Date not confirmed yet. As before, the format will be:
Doors open 6.15pm - Eyes down 7pm - Fish and Chips served from 8pm
£15 per person quiz & supper

In due course we will announce the booking arrangements.
Pre-booking/payment is essential, for catering reasons, and there will be a deadline a week or so before the event.

Don’t delay, limited places – this has always been one of the most popular events for the Village!!!
The DINDER FILM CLUB meets every third Friday of the month, between September and April.
Our last screening before the summer break will be on Friday 19th April, when we’ll be showing Chocolat. Set in the 1950s, Juliette Binoche stars as Vianne who arrives in a dreary French town and opens a chocolate shop – at the start of Lent! Gradually she wins the approval of her new neighbours, but then Johnny Depp comes into town… This wonderfully romantic movie was nominated for 5 Oscars in 2001, although sadly losing out to Gladiator which was released in the same year.
As usual on film nights, the bar will be open from 7pm and will remain open throughout the evening. Screenings start at 7.30pm. See the separate page for more details.
