The Dinder Film Club meets every third Friday of the month, between September and April.
We try to show a 'rich mix' of films - some well known, others less familiar. Blockbusters occasionally, but more often art house movies, films from the independent sector, European films, and a few older classics.

Our next screening will be on Friday 21st November, when we’ll travel back to the London fashion scene at the height of the Swinging Sixties. Julie Christie stars as good-time girl Darling, a bored model and actress who makes up for these disappointments with a hectic social life. Dirk Bogarde, Laurence Harvey and Roland Curram are the objects of her affections. John Schlesinger directs, with screenplay by Frederic Raphael and music by John Dankworth. Darling won three Oscars and four BAFTAs.
“A real masterwork that lets Christie shine”
“Fascinating mix of glitz and grit”
“Julie Christie is stunning”
“Sixties London in all its glory”

Tickets are £5 on the door. Doors open at 7pm, the film starts at 7.30pm, and the bar stays open throughout the evening.
